Exchanges and refunds are issued within 5 to 7 working days of the request approval date.

 Exchanges are subject to availability, if the desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

 The brand does not cover shipping fees for exchange or refund requests unless it’s due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

 Each product is entitled to one exchange or refund process.

 Please note that our online and in-store operations are separate entities. In-store purchases must be exchanged at the original point of purchase and online orders cannot be process at physical store locations.
