Refund policy

Legibility Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, please note the following conditions:
The product must be in its original, new condition, unworn, and with the original BAZIC ticket attached.
All requests must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
To request a refund or exchange, please DM us on Instagram or Facebook, and our customer service team will assist you accordingly.
Items without the BAZIC ticket and/or requests submitted after 14 days are not eligible for any post-purchase action.

Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash orders cannot be refunded as cash once payment has been made.
In case of a return, store credit only will be offered — no cashback.
Store credit is valid for 3 months on your BAZIC store account.

Discounted & Sale Items
Items purchased using a discount code or during a sale/offer period can be exchanged only for:

A different size, color, or design of the same item, or
An item within the same product category,
subject to availability.
We do not reserve items or delay exchanges for upcoming restocks.
Refunds for discounted or on-sale items are accepted; however, the refunded amount will be issued as BAZIC store credit only.

Buy X Get Y Promotions:
Items from “Buy X Get Y” offers cannot be refunded individually. To receive a refund, all items in the order must be returned.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, we offer a free exchange or full refund (based on your preference), provided the request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.

Processing & Availability
All exchanges and refunds are subject to a processing period of 14–30 days.
Exchanges are subject to item availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, you may:
Exchange it for another item, or
Receive store credit valid for 3 months on your BAZIC store account.

الدفع عند الاستلام

  الطلبات المدفوعة كاش مش بيتم ردها نقدًا.
  
• 
  في حالة الاسترجاع، بيتم إصدار رصيد متجر فقط.
  
• 
  رصيد المتجر صالح لمدة 3 شهور على حسابك في BAZIC.
  

الخصومات والعروض

• 
  المنتجات اللي عليها خصم أو اتشرت بكود خصم بتتبدل فقط بـ:
  
  
  مقاس أو لون أو تصميم مختلف من نفس المنتج، أو
  
  
  منتج من نفس الفئة، حسب المتاح.
  
  
  
• 
  مفيش حجز منتجات أو انتظار لإعادة التخزين.
  
• 
  الاسترجاع متاح، بس المبلغ بيكون رصيد متجر فقط.
  

عروض Buy X Get Y

• 
  المنتجات ضمن عروض Buy X Get Y مش بتترد لوحدها.
  
• 
  لو حابة ترجعي الطلب، لازم ترجعي كل القطع.
  

منتجات فيها مشكلة

• 
  لو وصلِك منتج غلط أو فيه عيب تصنيع، ليكِ حق الاستبدال المجاني أو الاسترجاع الكامل.
  
• 
  لازم الطلب يتم خلال 14 يوم من الاستلام.
  

المعالجة والتوافر

• 
  مدة المعالجة من 14 إلى 30 يوم.
  
• 
  الاستبدال حسب التوافر.
  
• 
  لو المنتج مش متاح، تقدري تختاري منتج تاني أو رصيد متجر صالح 3 شهور.
