All rules outlined below will be applied to new refund and exchange requests submitted starting Thursday, December 18.
Any refund or exchange requests submitted before this date will be processed according to our previous Exchanges & Refunds Policy..
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, please note the following conditions:

The product must be in its original, new condition, unworn, and with the original BAZIC ticket attached.

All requests must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

To request a refund or exchange, please DM us on Instagram or Facebook, and our customer service team will assist you accordingly.

Items without the BAZIC ticket and/or requests submitted after 14 days are not eligible for any post-purchase action.
Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash orders cannot be refunded as cash once payment has been made.

In case of a return, store credit only will be offered — no cashback.

Store credit is valid for 3 months on your BAZIC store account.
Discounted & Sale Items

Items purchased using a discount code or during a sale/offer period can be exchanged only for:

A different size, color, or design of the same item, or
-
An item within the same product category,
subject to availability. -
We do not reserve items or delay exchanges for upcoming restocks.

Refunds for discounted or on-sale items are accepted; however, the refunded amount will be issued as BAZIC store credit only.

Buy X Get Y Promotions:
Items from “Buy X Get Y” offers cannot be refunded individually. To receive a refund, all items in the order must be returned.
Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, we offer a free exchange or full refund (based on your preference), provided the request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.
Processing & Availability

All exchanges and refunds are subject to a processing period of 14–30 days.

Exchanges are subject to item availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, you may:

Exchange it for another item, or
-
Receive store credit valid for 3 months on your BAZIC store account.
